i am in full agreement with your 3.
utter perfection.

This post gave me goosebumps.

"I need to hear nothing but the sound of my own heart beat. Nothing but the sound of my own breath. This is when I can listen to me."

Silence is why I run.
Thank you.

there are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground..your 3 are 3 perfect ways...finding joy is priceless...quiet/solitude necessary...xx

How wonderful. I am with you ALL the way on the silence front!

Silence. Oh, sweet and infrequent silence. I had a moment last week in which all three little ones were sleeping (at the same time!) and the sound of birds chirping startled me. It had been so long since there had been enough quiet to hear the sounds of nature that I had almost forgotten the arrival of the spring birds. I stopped and listened for a while to the wind and the birds, and it was glorious.

each image fills me with a peaceful silence...
like a deep satisfying, calming breath.
much love and peace.
